第1条（適用）
本規約は、PetHow（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。 本サービスを利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
第2条（サービスの内容）
本サービスは、ペットの食べ物の安全性に関する一般的な情報および症状に関する参考情報を提供するものです。 本サービスが提供する情報は、教育目的および一般的な参考情報としてのみ提供されます。
第3条（医療に関する重要な免責事項）
本サービスは、獣医療行為、獣医学的診断、治療、または医療上の助言を提供するものではなく、 またこれらの代替となるものでもありません。
本サービスで提供される情報（食品の安全性判定、症状チェッカーの結果、緊急度の判定、 記事およびその他すべてのコンテンツを含みます）は、いかなる場合においても、 資格を持つ獣医師による専門的な診断・助言の代わりとなるものではありません。
ペットの健康に関するいかなる判断も、必ず資格を持つ獣医師にご相談のうえ行ってください。 本サービスの情報に基づいてペットの治療を行ったり、獣医師への相談を遅らせたり、 獣医師の助言を無視したりしないでください。
緊急の場合は、直ちに最寄りの動物病院または救急動物医療施設にお問い合わせください。
第4条（情報の正確性）
運営者は情報の正確性に努めますが、すべての情報が最新かつ完全であることを保証するものではありません。 食品の安全性や症状の緊急度判定は、個体差（品種、年齢、体重、既往症など）により 異なる場合があります。本サービスの情報は一般的な傾向を示すものであり、 特定の個体に対する判断を保証するものではありません。
第5条（免責事項）
本サービスの利用により生じたいかなる損害（ペットの傷病・死亡、財産的損害、 精神的苦痛、逸失利益、その他すべての直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的・ 特別的・懲罰的損害を含みますがこれらに限りません）について、 運営者は法律で許容される最大限の範囲において一切の責任を負いません。
これは、運営者が当該損害の可能性について知らされていた場合であっても同様です。
第6条（第三者のコンテンツ・リンク）
本サービスには、第三者のウェブサイトへのリンクや、第三者が提供する広告が含まれる場合があります。 これらの外部サイトの内容、正確性、安全性について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。 第三者のサイトや広告の利用は、利用者ご自身の責任において行ってください。
第7条（知的財産権）
本サービスに掲載されたすべてのコンテンツ（テキスト、画像、デザイン、ソースコード等）に関する 知的財産権は運営者に帰属します。無断での複製、転載、再配布を禁じます。
第8条（利用の制限・禁止事項）
以下の行為を禁止します：
本サービスの情報を獣医療行為の代替として使用すること、本サービスの情報を商用目的で無断転載すること、 本サービスのシステムに対する不正アクセスまたは妨害行為、 その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為。
第9条（サービスの変更・終了）
運営者は、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、または提供を終了することがあります。 これにより利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
第10条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されるものとします。 本サービスに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

By accessing or using PetHow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service provides general reference information about pet food safety and pet symptom assessment. All information is provided solely for educational and general informational purposes.
3. IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE VETERINARY MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT, AND IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY CARE.
The information provided through this Service — including but not limited to food safety assessments, symptom checker results, urgency ratings, articles, and all other content — is NOT intended to replace the professional judgment of a qualified veterinarian.
ALWAYS consult a licensed veterinarian for any decisions regarding your pet's health. Never delay seeking veterinary advice, disregard veterinary advice, or discontinue veterinary treatment based on information obtained from this Service.
IF YOUR PET IS EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL VETERINARIAN OR EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY.
4. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information provided. Food safety and symptom assessments may vary based on individual factors including but not limited to breed, age, weight, pre-existing conditions, and quantity consumed. The information represents general tendencies and does not constitute a guarantee for any specific animal.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH OF ANY ANIMAL; DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS; PROPERTY DAMAGE; OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THEREIN.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF THE OPERATOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of any external sites. Your use of any third-party sites or advertisements is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Service, including text, images, design, and source code, is the intellectual property of the operator. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not: use the Service as a substitute for professional veterinary care; reproduce or redistribute the Service's content for commercial purposes without authorization; attempt unauthorized access to or interference with the Service's systems; or engage in any other activity deemed inappropriate by the operator.
10. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
