1. 運営者情報
本サービス「PetHow」は、個人が運営する非法人のウェブサービスです。 お問い合わせはお問い合わせページよりお願いいたします。
2. 収集する情報
本サービスでは、以下の情報を収集する場合があります：
自動的に収集される情報：Google Analytics 4（GA4）を使用して、 アクセス元のIPアドレス（匿名化処理済み）、ブラウザの種類、デバイス情報、 閲覧ページ、アクセス日時、リファラー等の利用状況データを収集します。 これらの情報は個人を特定するものではありません。
管理者アカウント情報：管理画面の利用にあたり、 Supabase Authenticationを通じてメールアドレスおよびパスワードを保管します。 これは管理者のみが対象であり、一般利用者のアカウント登録は不要です。
お問い合わせ情報：お問い合わせフォームを通じて送信されたメールアドレスおよびメッセージ内容。
3. Cookieの使用
本サービスでは、Google Analytics 4がアクセス解析のためにCookieを使用します。 また、広告配信パートナー（A8.net等）がCookieを使用して適切な広告を表示する場合があります。 ブラウザの設定によりCookieの受け入れを拒否することが可能ですが、 一部の機能が正常に動作しない場合があります。
4. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的にのみ使用します：
本サービスの改善およびコンテンツの充実、利用状況の分析、 お問い合わせへの対応、不正利用の防止。
5. 第三者への提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、収集した個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。 ただし、Google Analytics、広告配信サービス、Supabase（データベースホスティング）、 Vercel（ウェブホスティング）等の外部サービスを利用しており、 これらのサービスはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づいてデータを処理します。
6. 広告について
本サービスでは、第三者配信の広告サービス（A8.net、Rakuten アフィリエイト等）を利用しています。 これらのサービスは、利用者の興味に応じた広告を表示するためにCookieを使用することがあります。 各広告サービスのプライバシーポリシーについては、各サービスのウェブサイトをご確認ください。
7. データの保管・セキュリティ
収集したデータは、Supabase（サーバー所在地：日本国外を含む場合があります）および Vercelのインフラストラクチャ上に保管されます。 合理的なセキュリティ対策を講じていますが、インターネット上の通信について 完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
8. お子様のプライバシー
本サービスは、13歳未満のお子様を対象としたものではありません。 13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
9. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて予告なく変更される場合があります。 重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて通知いたします。

PetHow (“the Service”) is operated by an individual, not a corporate entity. For inquiries, please use our Contact page.
2. Information We Collect
Automatically collected information: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage data including IP addresses (anonymized), browser type, device information, pages visited, access timestamps, and referral sources. This data does not personally identify you.
Administrator account information: Administrative access requires email and password authentication via Supabase Authentication. General users are not required to create accounts.
Contact information: Email addresses and message content submitted through our contact form.
3. Cookies
Google Analytics 4 uses cookies for usage analysis. Advertising partners (such as A8.net) may also use cookies to display relevant advertisements. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some features may not function properly.
4. How We Use Information
Collected information is used solely for: improving the Service and its content, analyzing usage patterns, responding to inquiries, and preventing unauthorized use.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law. However, we use external services including Google Analytics, advertising networks, Supabase (database hosting), and Vercel (web hosting), each of which processes data according to their respective privacy policies.

This Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.
